7 Tips To Walk In your True Identity

Mama, WALK in your true identity

Here's the deal—Walking in your true identity involves embracing and accepting who you are, both your strengths and weaknesses, and living a life that is authentic and true to yourself.

Here are 7 steps that can help you WALK in your True Identity:
  1. Know yourself: Take the time to understand your values, beliefs, and interests. What are the things that bring you joy and fulfillment? What are your goals and aspirations? What motivates you?

  2. Accept and embrace your flaws: No one is perfect, and it's important to accept and embrace your flaws and imperfections. This can help you build self-confidence and self-esteem, and reduce the negative impact of self-criticism.

  3. Cultivate self-care practices: Taking care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally is important for maintaining a strong sense of self. This can involve things like exercise, meditation, spending time with loved ones, and engaging in activities that bring you joy.

  4. Surround yourself with positive people: Surround yourself with people who support and encourage you, rather than those who bring you down. Seek relationships with people who respect your true identity and support your growth and development.

  5. Stay true to your values: Identifying and living according to your values is an important part of walking in your true identity. Make decisions that align with your values, even if they are difficult or unpopular.

  6. Be confident and assertive: Confidence and assertiveness come from knowing and accepting who you are and being unapologetic about it. Stand up for yourself, and don't be afraid to express your thoughts and feelings in a respectful and appropriate manner.

  7. Continuously learn and grow: Personal growth is an ongoing process, and it's important to continuously learn and grow in order to stay true to your identity. Seek out new experiences and opportunities for growth, and don't be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone.

Personally, I'm working on 7, 2, and 6. Not necessarily in that order. Unfortunately, I unknowingly walked in a false identity for the majority of my life. Sadly almost 50 years. I didn't even know, but you don't know what you don't know, right?
